‘Emily’s classes are great ! She is informative and attentive and recognises the needs of each student. Each week there is a good variety of exercises building on the basics keeping it interesting and fun. Her classes are always well thought out and enjoyable .

I have been going to Emily for 2 years now and would not look elsewhere for either Pilates or massage. She is a brilliant teacher and tailors all exercises to your body especially necessary when you have any injuries. Likewise with massage, she is excellent and once again will tailor the treatment to how your body is feeling and what it needs. She has a great manner with people and has her clients needs at heart. G
